Skylink Studio was researched and established in February 2021 and officially launched in March 2022, gathering members who are passionate and have many years of experience in the field of mobile games. What you will be doing
Responsibility 1: Optimize Ads Monetization

Monitor, manage, and optimize Ads Revenue, eCPM, ARPDAU, and Fill rate for each product.

Propose advertising optimization strategies for each market, each network, and each product growth stage.

Set up A/B Testing for placements, formats, timing… to provide revenue-increasing solutions without affecting UX.

Responsibility 2: Work with Ads Networks & Partners

Manage and work with Ads Networks: Meta Audience Network, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, IronSource, Applovin…

Monitor billing/reporting, work with partners when encountering technical issues, data discrepancies, or policy requirements.

Update network changes and propose timely adjustments for products.

Responsibility 3: Data Analysis & Strategy Development

Analyze advertising data, user behavior, and product performance to identify insights that increase revenue.

Build dashboards and periodic reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for each BU.

Propose Monetization strategies suitable for the nature of each product (games, utility apps, AI platforms…).

Responsibility 4: Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Product Team, Game Designers, and Developers to deploy new placements or fix ads-related issues.

Coordinate with the UA/Marketing Team to align growth goals and optimize cost efficiency.

Provide suggestions to improve user experience when viewing ads, increasing retention & engagement.​
Requirements
Knowledge
Understand how Ads Networks operate (AdMob, IronSource, Applovin, Meta…).
Strong understanding of key product operation metrics: eCPM, CTR, ARPDAU, DAU, retention…
Logical thinking, strong data analysis, and good problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of monetization models: in-app advertising, in-app purchase, hybrid monetization.
Ability to interpret data and use analytics tools (Firebase, Appsflyer, GA4, Data Studio…).
Skills
Strong data analysis skills.
Ability to research markets and update new trends in advertising & monetization.
Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good communication skills to work with partners and explain data to internal teams.
Suitable Qualities
Proactive, growth-oriented, with a passion for data and optimization.
Ability to handle revenue KPI pressure.
Product thinking, user-centric when implementing monetization.
Eager to learn and continuously update ads trends.
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Ads Monetization/AdOps/Performance Analyst or similar roles.
Preference for candidates who have worked with multiple Ads Networks simultaneously.
Experience with game or mobile app products is a significant advantage.
