What you will be doing
Business & System Analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements related to data, reports, and KPIs.

Translate business needs into technical documentation such as BRD, FRD, User Stories, Workflows, and Wireframes.

Design data flow diagrams (DFD), information structures, and reporting flows between departments.

Work closely with Data Analysts and Data Engineers/Developers to ensure data logic and accuracy during implementation.

Support the design and mockup of dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting systems for analytics and decision-making purposes.​
Project Coordination

Participate in Agile/Scrum activities: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Act as a backup Scrum Master when needed; track progress and manage the product backlog on Jira.

Conduct UAT testing, gather user feedback, and propose system improvements.

Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.​
Requirements
Must Have
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software projects, preferably with exposure to BI tool implementation or usage.
Proficient in writing technical documentation, business processes, and creating process diagrams/flowcharts.
Strong analytical and logical thinking, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of data modeling, BI tools, and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, etc.).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, familiar with Jira and Confluence.
Nice to Have
Certified or experienced Scrum Master (PSM/CSM).
Understanding of dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting models.
Basic knowledge of SQL, ETL, or data pipelines.
​Prior experience in the gaming or technology industry is a plus.
