What you will be doing
Technical support and troubleshooting
- Support the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, software, printers, networks and IT devices.
- Receive, handle and follow up on IT Support requests from employees, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Perform periodic inspection and maintenance of IT equipment and support the handling of network, Wi-Fi and LAN issues in the office.
Onboarding/Offboarding and IT asset management
- Support IT Onboarding/Offboarding: prepare, hand over and set up devices and accounts for new employees; retrieve them when employees leave.
- Manage and update IT Assets: laptops, PCs, monitors, network devices, accessories and other IT assets.
Account and access management
- Support the management of user accounts, email and access rights for internal systems/software according to assigned permissions.
Coordination and other tasks
- Coordinate with IT vendors/service providers to handle issues that require in-depth support.
- Perform other IT tasks according to operational needs and assignments from the manager.
Requirements
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT Support, IT Helpdesk, IT Technician or equivalent position.
- Experience supporting Windows, computers, peripheral devices and internal networks.
Knowledge and skills
- Practical knowledge of hardware, software, network and troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle problems, identify root causes and propose suitable solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple requests at the same time and coordinate well with other departments.
Attitude
- A service-oriented mindset, patience and proactiveness in supporting users.
Preferred
- Candidates with experience in a Technology / Software / Gaming environment are preferred.
