What you will be doing
Game Documentation & Balancing
- Create clear and detailed game design documents for hyper-casual and puzzle genres.
- Ensure Developers and Artists fully understand the game concept to align system and asset design accordingly.
- Collaborate effectively with Developers to support balancing systems and level design tools.
- Balance game metrics to provide an optimal user experience.
- Design monetization flows for assigned projects.
- Ensure user retention meets genre benchmarks.
- Deliver engaging gameplay and satisfying user experiences.
- Maintain sufficient content to keep players engaged.
Product Improvement via Data
- Continuously monitor user data to assess drop-rates and monetization metrics.
- Propose and execute product development strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Improve drop-rate and increase average playtime per session.
- Enhance LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Competitor Analysis
- Play and evaluate competing games to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop strategies to strengthen our own products by addressing competitor shortcomings.
Requirements
Knowledge
- Understanding of the mobile game market and trends.
- Proficiency in product analysis and evaluation.
- Basic knowledge of probability and statistics.
- Familiarity with Unity (C#) is a plus.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in game design.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Good research, analytical, and information synthesis skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn new knowledge.
