What you will be doing
AI-First Video & Motion Production
- Use AI tools to create beauty hooks, visuals, ad variants, and motion graphics.
- Turn app recordings and briefs into feature demos, before-and-after videos, UGC-style ads, and tutorials.
- Combine AI assets with app footage, audio, and manual editing to deliver polished ads that accurately showcase the app's capabilities.
Beauty Visual Quality & Product Storytelling
- Connect beauty needs with app features through clear, compelling visual stories.
- Maintain natural-looking skin, facial proportions, makeup, and hair while correcting AI artifacts.
- Ensure consistent before-and-after comparisons and on-brand beauty aesthetics.
AI Workflow Ownership & Continuous Improvement
- Proactively evaluate and adopt AI tools to improve production speed and quality.
- Build reusable workflows, prompt libraries, and templates to scale output.
- Document and share useful tools and workflow improvements with the team.
High-Volume, Consistent-Quality Output
- Produce original creatives and variants across hooks, pacing, visuals, and CTAs for fast A/B testing.
- Adapt videos for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other UA channels.
- Maintain consistent quality and meet deadlines across multiple briefs.
Collaboration & Performance Iteration
- Partner with Creative Strategists, UA, Marketing, and Product teams to develop effective, on-brand ads for international markets.
- Use Hook Rate, CTR, IPM, and CVR insights to refine hooks, feature demos, and creative execution.
- Communicate production constraints and keep assets and project files organized for review and reuse.
Brand & Cross-Functional Content Support
- Develop creative graphic, video, and AI-powered content for MagicSwap.
- Ensure a consistent brand image across international markets.
Requirements
Experience
- Hands-on experience with AI generation and editing tools such as Kling, Runway, Higgsfield, or ComfyUI.
- Experience working on beauty apps or performance ads is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Strong prompting skills for AI generation and editing tools.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent editing software.
- Solid motion graphics fundamentals.
- Familiarity with AI audio tools.
- Ability to build reusable workflows, prompt libraries, and templates to scale output.
Creative & Aesthetic Skills
- Strong beauty aesthetic sense, with attention to natural-looking skin, facial proportions, makeup, and hair.
- Ability to identify and correct AI artifacts to maintain visual quality.
Soft Skills & Attitude
- Proactive in exploring new AI tools and continuously improving production workflows.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working within fast production cycles.
- Adaptable to feedback and collaborative when working with cross-functional teams.
- Accountable for the quality and timeliness of final deliverables.
