What you will be doing
Creative Strategy Planning

KPI: Ensure campaign performance metrics and win-rate targets are met.

Develop creative concepts (graphics, video ads, etc.) and define visual direction for advertising campaigns.

Analyze performance data to extract insights and build effective creative strategies that attract more users.
Collaboration with UA & Product Teams

Work closely with the UA and Product teams to optimize creative ideas.

Research and update new creative trends; propose innovative creative solutions for UA/Product teams.​
Creative Team Management

Act as a bridge between the Creative Team and relevant stakeholders.

Manage the team’s creative production workflow; assign tasks and prioritize work based on team capacity and strengths.

Motivate and support team members’ professional growth and development.

Other Assigned Tasks

Perform additional project-related tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors or Art Director.

Share knowledge and support internal training when required.

Take responsibility for project quality control and timeline management.
