What you will be doing

Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and related channels.

Manage and optimize a budget of 1,000,000 USD/month, ensuring spending efficiency based on CPA, CPL, ROAS, or assigned KPIs.

Monitor and analyze campaign data, then propose optimization solutions based on insights.

Conduct A/B Testing on targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.

Coordinate with the Creative team to develop content, concepts, and messaging tailored to each customer segment.

Optimize conversion funnel performance: ads and landing pages.

Consolidate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and recommend improvement plans.

Research competitors, market trends, and optimize advertising channels according to each stage.
Requirements
Knowledge
Proficient in Meta Ads and at least one of the following channels: Google Ads or TikTok Ads.
Ability to analyze data and use reporting tools to support optimization goals.
Strong understanding of CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and corresponding optimization methods.
Skills
Skills in planning, tracking, and managing work progress.
Preferences
Experience in industries such as cosmetics, aesthetics, dental, beauty, lifestyle, or high-ticket services.
Logical thinking, attention to detail, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience working with international markets.
Preference for candidates with a meticulous and polished working style.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in Digital Performance.
Direct experience managing a budget of 1,000,000 USD/month for one or multiple markets.
