What you will be doing
Responsibility 1: Financial Control & Accounting

Take full responsibility for controlling and handling all accounting and financial operations of the company.

Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and relevant regulations.

Monitor daily expenses, revenue, receivables, payables, and financial transactions.

Responsibility 2: Financial Planning & Analysis

Prepare and monitor: Annual budget; Cash flow forecast; Profit & Loss (P&L) reports

Analyze financial data and propose solutions to optimize costs and operational efficiency.

Responsibility 3: Cashflow & Foreign Capital Handling

Manage cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.

Monitor and handle transactions related to foreign partners / foreign capital.

Perform and control: International payments; Foreign exchange tracking; Cross-border cash flow management

Responsibility 4: Reporting & Compliance

Prepare financial statements and management reports on a periodic basis.

Prepare data and work with: Auditors; Financial consultants; Foreign partners

Responsibility 5: Working Independently

Work independently and take full ownership of all financial tasks.

Proactively manage workload, timelines, and output quality.

Coordinate with relevant departments (HR, Legal, Operations) when necessary.
Requirements
Background
Age range: 1990 – 1996
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
Preferred candidates: Have experience working with foreign capital or overseas partners
Professional Skills
Solid knowledge of VAS; basic understanding of IFRS is a strong advantage.
Able to work independently without the need for a large team.
Strong skills in: Financial Reporting; Budgeting; Cashflow Management
English Requirement
Good working proficiency in English.
Communicate with foreign partners and auditors
Read and understand financial reports in English

Able to work independently in a lean environment
