Key Responsibilities
1. Project Development & Quality Assurance

Design, build, and implement core gameplay systems & features for puzzle game.

Participate in the entire project lifecycle: prototype - production - release - live ops.​

Collaborate with Game Designers to develop tools supporting balancing and gameplay tuning.

Work closely with Artists to integrate assets optimized for Unity standards.

Optimize performance (FPS, memory, build size) to ensure smooth gameplay across multiple devices.

Propose initiatives to enhance player experience and game engagement.
2. Team Management & Development (Lead/Principal)​

Lead a team of 5-7 developers: assign tasks, track progress, and ensure code quality.

Define technical direction, establish workflows, and implement best practices for Skylink Studio.

Mentor junior/mid-level developers to enhance skills and strengthe team cohesion.

Act as a technical bridge between BOD, Designers, Artists, and Developers.
Requirements (Must have)
At least 6+ years of experience in Unity game development (C#).
Participated in at least one game project from start to release.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Experience in leading or mentoring a dev team of 3–5+ members.
Proficient in Unity, OOP, Design Patterns, and performance optimization (FPS/memory).
Passionate about game programming, with a preference for Puzzle genre.
Nice to have/Plus
Experience in handling Crash/ANR issues and building tools for designers.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Previously worked on puzzle game projects.
Knowledge of Shaders, VFX pipeline, and asset optimization
Additional skills in NodeJS, Python, Nim.
