Skylink Studio was researched and established in February 2021 and officially launched in March 2022, gathering members who are passionate and have many years of experience in the field of mobile games. What you will be doing
Responsibility 1: Product Strategy & Vision

​Define and communicate a clear Product Vision aligned with the overall strategy of the Studio.

Collaborate with the Board of Directors (BOD) and the Game Product Director to establish product and portfolio roadmaps.

Propose product improvements and new features based on market insights, user behavior analysis, and product data.

Responsibility 2: Product Backlog Management

Build, manage, and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value and impact.

Write and standardize User Stories and Acceptance Criteria that are clear, actionable, and feasible.

Ensure the backlog is well-prepared and ready for sprints, aligned with the team’s delivery capacity.

Responsibility 3: Delivery & Execution

Work closely with Engineering, Art, Game Design, and Data teams to ensure product delivery meets scope, timeline, and quality expectations.

Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.

Proactively address and resolve issues related to scope, priorities, and resource constraints.

Responsibility 4: Data-driven Product Optimization

Monitor and analyze key product metrics, including: DAU/MAU, Retention, Conversion, ARPU, LTV, and player behavior funnels (for game products).

Make data-driven decisions using methods such as A/B testing and cohort analysis.

Partner with UA, Marketing, and Data teams to optimize product performance and revenue outcomes.

Responsibility 5: Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including BOD, Operations, Marketing, and external partners.

Provide regular updates and reports on product progress, performance, and risks.

Guide and mentor Product Owners or Business Analysts (if applicable).
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean Product Development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product and performance data.
Ability to produce clear, structured, and well-documented product specifications.
Solid product mindset with the ability to balance User Experience, Business Value, and Technical Feasibility.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
Proven track record of leading products from ideation through launch and live operations.
Prior experience working with game, app, or digital products is a strong advantage.
