Job Description

Project Development & Quality Assurance

Participate in developing core gameplay systems and features for Puzzle/Tile/Match game genres.

Be involved in all development stages: Prototype - Production - Release - Live Ops.

Collaborate with Game Designers to build tools for balancing and gameplay tuning.

Work with Artists/Animators to integrate assets and animations that meet Unity standards.

Optimize performance (FPS, memory, build size) across multiple devices.

Propose ideas and improvements to enhance the player experience.
2. Team Collaboration

Work closely with Design, Art, QA, and PM teams to ensure project progress and quality.

Proactively communicate, report progress, and propose technical solutions when issues arise.

(Mid-upper level) Able to mentor junior members or interns in the team.
Requirements
Must have
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Unity (C#) game development.
Proficient in OOP and Design Patterns, with solid knowledge of Unity project architecture.
Participated in at least 2 completed game projects (team-based or individual).
Experienced in performance optimization (FPS, batching, memory, GC).
Strong logical thinking, proactive attitude, and effective teamwork and communication skills.
Passionate about game programming, especially Puzzle / Match-3 / Match-Triple genres.
Nice to have/ Plus
Experience with Addressable, Asset Bundle, or internal tools.
Basic knowledge of Shader, VFX, and Animation Controller.
Prior experience in a commercial Puzzle game project is a strong advantage.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum and proficiency in Git/Plastic SCM.
Experience handling Crash/ANR, profiling, or debugging.
